由哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)、中國工程院和國際水協(xié)會(huì)(IWA)共同主辦的第四屆城市水科學(xué)論壇暨中國工程科技論壇(The 4th IWA Conference of Science Summit on Urban Water)將于 2018 年 11 月 25-27 日在哈爾濱召開。城市水科學(xué)論壇是城市水資源與水環(huán)境國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室創(chuàng)辦的系列國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，每 2 年舉辦一次，已舉辦 3 屆，成為國際本領(lǐng)域重要的品牌活動(dòng)之一。

近年來中國經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展迅速，首次將“智慧城市”納入國家戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。作為“智慧城市”的重要組成部分，“智慧水”是體現(xiàn)城市管理智能化水平的重要標(biāo)志之一，也是保障民生的重要技術(shù)支撐手段。中國為城市水環(huán)境安全做出了巨大努力，為世界提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快，中國城市水環(huán)境仍面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。本次會(huì)議的舉辦，不僅可以為國內(nèi)外水處理領(lǐng)域?qū)＜?、學(xué)者提供一個(gè)國際交流平臺(tái)，還可為我國在水環(huán)境領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)智慧、健康的目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)。

大會(huì)圍繞“面向未來的城市水系統(tǒng)：智慧、健康”展開研討，并設(shè)置了城市水系統(tǒng)智慧管理、城市水系統(tǒng)健康循環(huán)、城市水系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展三大主題，具體如下：

本次會(huì)議注冊(cè)費(fèi)為：2018 年 10 月 20 日前，IWA 會(huì)員 2800 元，非 IWA 會(huì)員 3500元，學(xué)生 1800 元;2018 年 10 月 20 日-11 月 15 日，IWA 會(huì)員 3300 元，非 IWA 會(huì)員4000 元，學(xué)生 2000 元;2018 年 11 月 15 日后以及含現(xiàn)場(chǎng)注冊(cè)，IWA 會(huì)員 3800 元，非IWA 會(huì)員 4500 元，學(xué)生 2200 元。
